In early 2015 I was 17 years old, a year removed from my last full-length project. Shortly after the release of THC, my laptop ended up getting water damaged and I lost all of the work I had put into that mixtape’s follow-up. I was barely 16 when I lost that laptop, and it would be years before I could replace it. It was devastating to me.
