I, like many others, was first introduced to Dominic Fike by the way of a Kevin Abstract directed interview/music video/visual art piece uploaded to the BROCKHAMPTON YouTube channel in early 2019. Kevin’s knack for creating art that highlights candid human emotion and expression through a lens of raw, nostalgic familiarity was on full display throughout the video, and it seemed Kevin had found the perfect subject to covey his artistic goals.
